Borders is a series that will examine the thin lines between legality and criminality, sanity and madness. The series follows Avi, a young man from Bat Yam, a crime-ridden neighborhood, who after a battle with the rival gang from Jaffa, enlists in the Border Police in order to get revenge. He soon discovers his excellence as a soldier and officer, and earns his commanders’ respect. He even falls in love with a feminist, pacifist female officer. However, the urge for revenge and his hot-tempered nature keeps pulling him back and testing his ability to change.
