Noam Ashkenazi, a newspaper columnist, reaches the edge one very long night that turns into a festival of medication, rage and paranoia. His father, comes to his aid and decides that Noam has to take a break in the one place where time truly stands still – a mental institution. Noam, surrenders and enters the hospital. The result is a riveting journey. What begins as a desire to escape turns into a transformational encounter with other patients and a young psychiatrist and ends up with Noam finding “his truth”. But then, he is discharged, thanks to his sanity.
